Take trash out to the
blue container located in the parking lot between the townhouses and
the Coldwell Banker building.

Recycle bottles,
cans and newspapers.
Keep everything segregated, because you'll have to separate them at
the recycling bins.

Drop off
recyclables at
the bins in the Millville Masonic Lodge parking lot on your way out of town
(on Route 26 just past Food Lion).

Turn the
thermostat up or down (summer/winter) if you are last one out.

Clean before
you leave.

Lock
windows and doors (garage too!).

Have guests pay
guest fees promptly.

Smoke in the house.

Bring pets in the house.

Bring guests without
first sending Allison and/or Dave a note, or at least calling.

Exceed the posted speed limits in Bethany -- they are
strictly enforced with radar speed traps.

Leave perishables in the fridge -- throw
them out, take them with you, or give them to Patrick.
